Returns

We value you entrusting us with your skin and our ultimate goal is your satisfaction & results. Should you ever buy anything that you are not pleased with you may return any of our products for 100% money-back guarantee. 

Only items purchased on www.bnskincare.com with accompanying order information will be accepted for return.

If you received a Gift with Purchase we do not require it back to process your return - you are able to keep the gift.

Please email info@bionovalab.com to arrange for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item your full purchase price excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order will be refunded to your original form of payment. The return process can take 4-5 business days from the time your return is received.

Sale items

Sale items will be honored for return with the usual policy above.

Exchanges

If, during the 30 day returns/exchange window, you find that the products are not working for you, please let us know and we can help you facilitate an exchange for more suitable regimen that will better address your needs. If your products are arrive damaged or you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bionovalab.com. Pease email info@bionovalab.com to arrange your exchange. 

To avoid abuse, all exchanges are accepted at our discretion. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot take international returns at this time.
